For all rooms:

• Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds/shutters and windowsills.

• Wipe all mirrors, glass tables and sliding doors (1 set, 2 panes).

• Make all beds and change linens if needed.

• Empty all trash cans inside the house.

• Dust baseboards.

• Vacuum carpets / vacuum and mop floors.

• Wipe furniture.

For all bathrooms:

• Scrub, rinse and dry showers, tubs and sinks.

• Clean and disinfect toilets.

• Dust light fixtures.

• Wipe mirrors and countertops.

• Touch up cabinet fronts (inside done only for move out/in).

• Shake / vacuum rugs.

• Vacuum and mop floors.

For the kitchen:

• Wipe countertops.

• Clean and disinfect sink.

• All appliances are cleaned outside only, except for the microwave which is cleaned inside and out.

• Touch up cabinet fronts, especially around the knobs (inside done only for move out/in).

• Shake / vacuum rugs.

• Vacuum and mop floors.

For the laundry room:

• Wipe countertops and washer and dryer (if available).

• Vacuum and mop floors.
